“People come to us to enjoy the nature and quiet of Eco Park. Our format and concept mean everything that is real, alive and natural. And, of course, first of all, this applies to our first small home restaurant located in the Greenhouse Hotel.
Our kitchen does not function in the latest fashion or offers nothing but pretentiousness on a plate. But at the same time, we must offer our guests something new and interesting. And today, in the midst of endless fast food joints, sushi bars and other fake restaurants, simple home-made food from natural organic products is considered exotic. And, in fact, it offers the same prices.
My kitchen philosophy is rather simple: use regional, organic products. Food should be familiar, delicious, simple and useful. We want to convey to the guests of Eco Park that you can eat delicious and yet simple products every day. After all, there is practically no secret in the preparation of a particular dish. A product grown properly and with love is itself delicious, and most importantly, healthy, since nature has already done everything for us. For example, a simple tomato and cucumber salad, with the ingredients just plucked from a bush and seasoned with raw, fragrant sunflower oil. Or potatoes cooked in a uniform, crushed with real butter and natural fragrant greens. Or young cheese cooked the night before and served for breakfast with crusty rye bread and stewed porridge cooked with the morning milk yield produced by a generous cow.
Today, many of us do not cook at home, thus having forgotten the real taste of simple and healthy food; a lot of young people do not even know the real taste. Some even have never heard that vegetables and fruit are seasonal.
As for organic products, the Yasno Pole team has provided for itself in some areas: we buy some of our products from our farmer friends and, at the same time we are, of course, working to gradually switch to our own organic healthy products and raw materials in the near future.”

The cost of 3 meals per day for 1 guest (according to the same general menu of seasonal products from the restaurant chef; it does not include a buffet or individual dishes order):
Adults and children over 10: 1,600 rubles / day
Children from 3 to 10: 800 rubles / day
Children under 3: free of charge

Special menu for holidays, friend and family trips is discussed with the chef on an individual basis.
Summer café
What kind of summer would it be without a real barbecue and pilaf enjoyed outdoors and smoked over an open flame! A kazan, a mangal and a real Italian wood-fired pizza oven—this is what attracts our guests to the Eco Park Summer Kitchen.
Here, under a canopy, not far from the Greenhouse Hotel, you can not only taste real food made by our chef outdoors, but also enjoy a picturesque view of the pond; in the evening, you can also admire colorful sunsets.
And, since there is a Table for a Hundred next to the Summer Kitchen, you can feed up to 1,000 people: it has already been successfullt tried at the Eco_Tectonics Festivals!

The Cheese Factory
In the Cheese Factory building, you can taste seasonal regional farm products with an unusual design from our Chef! For example, a salad with pickles, pike caviar, young potatoes and smoked sour cream, or beef tartare with smoked yolk and roach chips, or Oka sander fillet with pumpkin dumplings and beetroot sauce, fried tofu with chickpeas, spinach and coconut curry, or fried Camembert cheese with stewed pear and cranberry sauce. And a lot of delicious things—from soups to desserts to fresh juices! And, of course, natural Yasno Pole Cheeses! Come have a gourmand experience and enjoy real and transparent food!
As a restaurant, the cheese factory is open 10-22 Friday through Sunday.
